Jesus Sanchelima

Professional Experience

Jesus Sanchelima founded Sanchelima & Associates, P.A. in 1977. He has been a member of The Florida Bar since 1977 and is a registered patent attorney before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO Registration No. 28,755).

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law in 1977. His practice has focused on patents, trademarks, intellectual property transactions, international intellectual property matters, and litigation. He has also taught as an adjunct professor at Florida International University College of Law and has written on trademark law.

Jesus is admitted in Florida, before the USPTO, and before the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. He is active in professional intellectual property organizations and provides services in English and Spanish.
